Globe at Home breaks records with 1.7M active monthly users
The Globe At Home App provides a more convenient way for Globe broadband users to track their data usage, view account information, pay bills, register to promos, among others.
This self-service mobile application is now enjoyed by over 1.7 Million active monthly users, ranking 3rd in iPhone Utility and 5th in Android Apps. Through it, Globe is able to reduce hotline and email operational costs, increase customer engagement, data burn, and revenue.
Stratpoint supports the app development – from designing the solution, actual development of the API, CMS, Android and iOS, to quality assurance testing.
Solaire modernizes infrastructure with 99.99% optimum efficiency
The Solaire’s website migration answers its need to shift to a more efficient cloud solution. Faced with the technical concern that its infrastructure was entirely reliant on a single server, they also have different service providers for its maintenance, infrastructure, and networking, making its management a hassle.
With the successful infrastructure migration, Solaire is able to accommodate the increasing number of its website’s daily traffic and new users. They are also able to take full advantage of AWS cloud capabilities, being able to scale in and out effectively – adjusting according to the ongoing traffic from their total users.

Apart from this, Stratpoint is continuously working on a fully Managed Cloud Service, maintaining a highly-available website – up to 99.99% operational, so that Solaire can better focus on its core business.

Globe CRM performs real-time data processing for up to 6 Billion records per day through big data technology
Utilized by Globe’s Customer Service Representatives, the internal CRM web tool monitors Globe customer’s mobile data allowances and event records.
The new features deployed increased the system’s efficiency and volume capacity, cutting infrastructure costs by a third and achieving real-time streaming and processing for very large amounts of data – up to 6 Billion records per day. Globe is able to respond to customer inquiries more efficiently, with zero latency.
Stratpoint developed the big data infrastructure, a supplementary system for Globe’s CRM web application utilizing a customized cloud architecture and also manages its maintenance.

Stratpoint Labs launches AI Technology-Driven Natural Language Library called Iris
Iris is a Natural Language library that generates conversational chatbots through data ingestion and converts them into actionable customer-responses to provide an always-on assistant.
This library is able to classify and guide users into conversations that is powered by AI. It allows businesses to offload frequently asked customer inquiries to the chatbot. It is also equipped with policies to handle special characters and casing, to name a few, in conversations, to have more consistent responses while considering minor human errors from casual conversations. Iris further enable means to provide visual cues and interfaces, such as buttons and cards when necessary, to improve engagement.
Stratpoint Labs fully developed Iris using open-source technologies and continuously manages and maintains it with improvements in mind, aimed to provide better experiences with automated customer assistants.
Globe increases online channel revenues through Agile Development
The Globe Online Shop is an e-commerce website that offers customers with Globe’s latest Postpaid, Prepaid, Broadband, mobile devices, gadgets, and other products.
This cloud-based web application boosted Globe’s online presence, as it allowed the customers to buy Globe products without going to their physical stores. It resulted to increased online channel revenue, making this one of Globe’s largest revenue-generating platforms.
The Stratpoint Software Development team developed and tested all capabilities and features for the Globe Online Shop based on an Agile Methodology. The team also fixes and troubleshoots all reported production issues.
Summit Media gets readership insights through modernized technology
With Summit Media’s aim to understand its audience preferences and behaviors into ultimately improving overall engagement and experience, the Automatic Article Tagging project was born.
Through this, Summit Media, for the first time, was able to access its user reading patterns and get updated meta data to classify their articles on a daily basis, becoming more confident in publishing and organizing articles, and placing ads for their audience.
Stratpoint Labs together with AWS ProServe developed the solution using sophisticated Neural Topic Modeling based algorithms into generating article tags, helping Summit Media to build audience personas and identify their reading patterns for two magazines: Cosmopolitan and Top Gear.
