Service Delivery Manager

Level:

Senior

Service Delivery Managers run point in operating and maintaining IT platforms.

Main duties and responsibilities:

    ● Provide final approval and release of certifications for operation readiness, release, and operational transition
    ● Handle escalation, process improvement, change management, and overall governance of the service transition process
    ● Develop new strategies and control
    ● Perform budgeting and cost control / management
    ● Engage with stakeholders and present status updates
    ● Create and submit reports needed for the entire project
    ● Manage project personnel, scheduling, and allocation of resources

Qualifications:

    ● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Information Technology/Administration/Management or equivalent
    ● Overall 8 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in telecommunications
    ● Knowledgeable on infrastructure (e.g. Cloud, Networks) and software development
    ● Knowledgeable of Service Transition Process and Tools
    ● Proven experience in Project Management (at least 6 years of experience) and governance of overall service transition
    ● Proven Business Analyst/Service Transition Experience (at least 3 years of experience) in a technology environment
    ● Good interpersonal and client-handling skills
    ● Proven experience in a service transition environment
    ● Knowledgeable of Agile/Waterfall project management principles
    ● ITIL and PMP certified
