Paco is the Managing Partner of Narra Venture Capital (www.NarraVC.com). He was formerly a Vice-President of H&Q Asia Pacific, where he helped managed $1.6 billion of private equity and venture funds). Past investments were Transmedia / Cisco, SiRF, and Headstrong. Paco completed his Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Physics summa cum laude from the University of the Philippines.
During his stint as Vice-President of H&Q Asia Pacific, Paco was directly responsible for profitable returns on US$30 million of venture investments in the fields of communications, semiconductors, and internet infrastructure. He was a member or observer on the boards of various US and Philippine HQAP companies. Paco was also responsible for Product Marketing and Management for Applied Komatsu Technology’s Etch Product Division.
Paco completed his Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and completed his Bachelor’s of Science of Degree in Applied Physics from the University of the Philippines in Diliman. At Stanford, Paco co-invented with Professors David Bloom and Olav Solagaard the world’s first Grating Light Valves, a silicon MEMS spatial light modulator.
Paco is an active consultant with the Philippine Government and engineers to increase the economic contribution of IT companies to national growth. He sits on the board of Digital Philippines, and is part of the IT E-Commerce Council (ITECC) chaired by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. He is a co-founder of the Brain Gain Network, a web platform connecting the Filipino diaspora, making their ideas into realities to help spur the Philippines’ growth technologically and economically

Tony is a senior executive armed with 26 years worth of experience working with various multinationals in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry. Tony’s strengths include team leadership, sales and marketing of ICT products and services, and the ability to represent an organization to corporate clients and the general business community.
Tony began his career with IBM Philippines and held various positions leading teams in sales, marketing and technical support. Since then, he has served with Lucent as Country Manager for Business Communications Systems (later to become Avaya), Software AG Philippines as President, and Sun Microsystems, Philippines as Chief Operations Officer. Most recently, Tony served with Nortel as Managing Director, Philippines, from 2001 to 2008.
Tony has a BS degree in Business Economics and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the Philippines-Dilima

Floyd is a 19-year veteran in the Information Technology industry specializing in start-up organizations and participates in C-level management and strategic planning for small and medium-sized companies. He has been involved in the different functional areas of sales, customer fulfillment, accounting, IT, and technical support. He has worked with IBM, AKAsia, Philippine and Scandinavian IT Services, TechFactors, and Pultorak & Associates. Floyd is the author of the internationally-published book “High Availability: Design, Techniques, Processes”.
Floyd graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Annie is a Certified Public Accountant and served one of country’s top auditing firms, Earns, Young Bosch and Siemens before joining Stratpoint. She has over 14 years of experience in accounting and general finance.
Annie is a BS Accounting cum laude graduate of the University of Sto. Tomas.

Management Consultant

Ernie has 18 years of solid experience in the field of Information Technology (IT) and is skilled in project and bid management. He started out as a Science Research Specialist in the Philippines’ Department of Science and Technology’s (DOST) Advanced Science and Technology Institute (ASTI). While in ASTI, he also became its Chief Science Research Specialist working on R&D and technology transfer efforts in the field of advanced software i.e. multimedia, Internet, computer networking, embedded systems and signal processing. Later on, Ernie joined Sun Microsystems Philippines, Inc., and was recognized as one of its outstanding employees. As the Senior Team Lead/ IT Architect, he provided direction for a team of technical consultants for solutions and IT architecture. He also worked for BEENET Singapore Pte. Ltd. managing a group of consultants in the areas of e-commerce and managed services.
Ernie finished a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of the Philippines Diliman and earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering at the same institution where he was a consistent scholar.
